Request #2010
I would like to get the environmental reports for the Community Center pond redevelopment. It turned out to be quite successful. I remember published reports talking about the causations and the remedy to maintain water quality as well as sanitary conditions. I believe it also discussed the over population of ducks .

Dear Mr. Fallon,
By law, the geese and ducks can only be removed from the area by a licensed contractor. In the past the City has contracted with a licensed animal relocation expert. The City has no contract for the removal of geese or ducks at this time.

When the report states relocation of ducks, how is that done?
