Back when Theresa Pomeroy was working on Cannabis Ordinance in Garden Grove, she had a Proposed Zoning Map. Could you please email me a copy of that old map? If not, what is current status for a proposed Zoning Map?

Dear Mr. Smith,
The City has no records responsive to your request regarding a proposed zoning map pertaining to cannabis dispensaries. On April 21, 2011, an item was introduced to the Planning Commission to allow medical marijuana dispensaries to be located in the C-2 (Community Commercial) zone. This item was continued to the May 5, 2011, Planning Commission meeting, but that meeting never took place and the item was never brought back. Attached is a copy of the staff report and the minutes for the April 21, 2011 meeting.
