info on enforcement code violation : would you know if the code violation notice is sent to the owners resident address or is the notice only sent to the occupants (renting) residing at the property where the violation has occurred. The owners name is shown but the address is not shown on the form. thank you have a nice day WV

so it is quiet possible that the owner did not receive the notice being that the owners address was only a partial address and was sent to the Nelson address . This could explain the present situation.

Violation Notices are sent to the owner's address on file with the City. In the case of the property located at 13102 Nelson Street, the City shows this as the owner's address. That is where the violation notice was sent.
