Subject: Sewer Lateral Location at 11471 Robert Lane
Good morning Tony
According to my estimates from the the as built and our sewer atlas sheets your sewer lateral comes in to your property at about the south side of your walkway. Your fences appear to be on the street right of ways (12' from face of curb on the Orangewood side and 7' from FOC on the Robert Lane side). If you measure 12' north of your Orangewood fence that should be about where the sewer lateral comes in to your property, or just measure 24' north from the Orangewood curb face.
Contact our Trees Supervisor, Richard Gosselin, to determine if the tree is a City tree and how to go about filling a claim for repairs if it is .
