Please search for Fire Incident Report regarding a motor vehicle accident that caused damage to AT&T's Utility Pole.
Date: Around 5/2/2014
Location: 11341 Magnolia Street. CROSS: Joyzelle Drive
I was unable to locate a police report on this, so I am thinking our date is off. Will you please search your records to see if the fire department responded and wrote a report? Also provide us the information you find in regards to this damage. I attached AT&T's release form if needed.
