No bylaws for the Planning Commission exist. Chapter 2.24 and Section 9.32.100 of the Garden Grove Municipal Code generally address the Planning Commission and decisions of the Planning Commission. Copies of these Municipal Code provisions are attached for your reference. State law may impose separate requirements for certain decisions.
