The City of Garden Grove has no records in it's possession regarding documentation noting when the stop sign at the intersection of Acacia Avenue and Dale Street was removed, destroyed or missing from its pole from January 1, 2010 to July 5, 2015, or does it have any documents noting when the posted sign was damaged for that time period, therefore there are no records responsive to your request.
