Please process the request per the Public Records Act California Government Code § 6253.

DESCRIBE THE SPECIFIC PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTED:

1-Please provide a emailed copy of the address and violation for residential properties only that have a code violation to fix and comply, where issues have not yet been resolved.
Please exclude the following: Trash cans in public view, yard/garage sale violations, commercial vehicles, motor homes/RV or boat in public view, signage violations, License issues, watering or runoff violations, expiring or expired permits.

2-Please provide a copy of addresses that have code violation cases of overgrown lawn or vegetation or trash/debris violation that closed in the last 12 months.

Emailed in excel format for all requests is preferred
