Dear City of Garden Grove Code Enforcement & Public Records Compliance Personnel:

Pursuant to California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 et seq.) and the California Constitution, as amended by passage of Proposition 59 (Prop. 59) on November 3, 2004, we are writing you in order to obtain a copy of the following records, which we understand to be in the possession of the City of Garden Grove Code Enforcement Department:

PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST
Copies of all substandard orders or citations and all orders referencing unapproved or illegal use or illegal occupancy issued by City of Garden Grove Code Enforcement in the past 60 days from the date of compliance with this Public Records Request.
