1) Are there any current building codes, zoning codes, health codes or fire code violations at the subject?
2) What is the subject zoned?
3) What was the prior use of the land, prior to the what is currently present?
We do not require any copies of documents, a verbal or emailed response with the results of your records review/knowledge of the subject is satisfactory. If there is someone else I should contact (perhaps someone in the Planning/Zoning Department or the Fire Department directly, etc.) or an official form required to get these questions answered, please let me know at your earliest convenience.

Below are the responses to your request regarding the above mentioned address.
1) Are there any current building codes, zoning codes, health codes or fire code violations at the subject? There are no open building, zoning, or fire codes for the property. Please see the attached response from the Garden Grove Fire Dept.
2) What is the subject zoned? The property is zoned R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential)
3) What was the prior use of the land, prior to the what is currently present? The City only has records of the current use of the property. The Apartment units were built in 1961. Please contact the Orange County Assessor's Office to verify any uses prior to 1961.
