We have been hired to perform an Environmental and Engineering Assessment of the above referenced property. In accordance with regulations, we are required to contact local agencies and ask the following:

1) Are there any current building codes, zoning codes, health codes or fire code violations at the subject?
2) What is the subject zoned?
3) What was the prior use of the land, prior to the what is currently present?

We do not require any copies of documents, a verbal or emailed response with the results of your records review/knowledge of the subject is satisfactory. If there is someone else I should contact (perhaps someone in the Planning/Zoning Department or the Fire Department directly, etc.) or an official form required to get these questions answered, please let me know at your earliest convenience.
