I am trying to find a copy of the annual audit we were shown before a City Council meeting, a few months ago. This is the same audit presentation where immediately after the presentation we decided that this company would no longer be auditing us. I am not trying to be a pain, I promise.

Alright, I have found my notes from the January 12, 2016 presentation. I am questioning what we did to be noted in the audit finding with the CFDA agreements. Unfortunately, I sat in the rear of the audience and could neither see very well or hear the presentation very well that evening.
I would love to have a PDF and short recap of the issue mentioned.
