Hi Ms. Bailor,
I'm a researcher at MIT trying to track down some mayoral elections results for Garden Grove between 1950 and the present. I can't seem to find any of these results online, except for relatively recent ones. I'm especially interested in the elections from 1976, 1978, 1980, 1982, 1984, and 1986. Can you tell me where I might find this information?
Specifically, I'm looking for (1) the names of all candidates and (2) their voteshares and (3) their partisan affiliation (if any) in all elections in this time period.
Any help is much appreciated!

Attached is the list of election results from 1956 to 2014. Also attached is a copy of the City Council history. Our elections are non-partisan, therefore there are no records responsive to this request.

One last question for you: do you have the dates of these elections? The 1956-2014 election results all have the year, but not the month or day of each election.
