Attached is a copy of the Garden Grove Fire Department's Incident Report G1508005 regarding the accident that occurred on July 14, 2015, near the east bound 22 Freeway and Garden Grove Blvd.
According to the incident report, the medical report was done by the City of Orange (OR5). Report #O15-07993, therefore the City of Garden Grove has no records responsive to this request.
