Dear Mr. Queally,
From 1978 to 1987, the Garden Grove Sanitary District provided trash/waste management services for the city of Garden Grove. The Garden Grove Sanitary District did not become a subsidiary District of the City of Garden Grove until 1996/1997. During the years 1978 to 1987, the Garden Grove Sanitary District's waste contract was with Jaycox Disposal Company, Inc.
For your convenience, attached is a copy of the 1987 agreement between the Garden Grove Sanitary District and Jaycox Disposal Company and copies of documents regarding the reorganization of the Garden Grove Sanitary District.
