I have a PO that the city issued for document scanning, and was interested in any information you could provide, especially the RFP or any supplemental information that corresponds to this deal. The Purchase Order number is: 153854.

Also, is there any information after the award, which you might have sent to the declined vendors (for example, information on why they were not chosen).
