REQUEST FOR PUBLIC RECORDS (City Fire Department Records):
Sespe Consulting is performing some environmental due diligence on the following property:
-13281, 13285, 13289, 13293, 13297, 13301, 13305, 13309, 13321 Brookhurst Street
-Garden Grove, CA 92843
-APN's: 098-212-67
As part of this due diligence, we are requesting ANY/ALL Fire Records (HazMat/HazWaste, CUPA, UST's/AST's, business plans/chemical inventories, inspections, violations, and any other related records) for the property, maintained by the City's Fire Department. Please research all historical addresses as the site may have changed over time. If records do exists, we are requesting copies (electronic or hardcopy), but please let me know of any copying costs before they are incurred.
