Please also send the Planning Commission Agenda for 9/4/2008, proof of publication of the Agenda and notice of meeting for the 9/4/08 PC meeting, the 9/4/08 minutes of the Planning Commission minutes, and report from Planning Commission to City Council re resolution 5651.

The City retains copies of stamped posted City Council agendas for two years in accordance with the City's adopted retention schedule, therefore there are no records to this request. The City of Garden Grove City Clerk’s Office posts City Council meeting agendas in front of the Community Meeting Center, City Hall, and on the City’s website the Thursday/Friday before each meeting. City Council agendas and minutes are available on the City’s website at www.ci.garden-grove.ca.us, under Most Requested, Agendas & Videos (scroll down to the bottom of the page for access to older agendas). Planning Commission agendas and minutes are also available on the City’s website under City Departments, Commissions (under City Council), Agenda and Minutes, Commissions, Planning Commission.
Notices for City Council meetings go to the paper when an item falls under Public Hearing. There are no public hearing items regarding Medical Marijuana listed for the following meetings: May 13, 2008, October 14, 2008, July 19, 2011, August 9, 2011, August 23, 2011, November 8, 2011, January 17, 2012, and April 24, 2012, therefore there are no records (proofs of publications) available for this request.
