Is there any police reports from Sept 29th to Oct 2, 2015 from the Hyatt Hotel on Chapman and Harbor in regards to public protest? If so, could I get a copy of that report?

Resolution No. 9325-15 establishing a policy authorizing the release of law enforcement records exempt from disclosure under the California Public Records Act in certain circumstances involving elected public officials was passed at the October 27th City Council meeting. Attached is a copy of the GGPD report pertaining to the alleged interaction between Mayor Bao Nguyen, the management of the Hyatt Regency and union organizers. This information is exempt per Government Code Section 6254(f). The release of exempt police records such as this will be discussed at the October 27, 2015, City Council meeting.
