Public Records Request
Dear City Clerk,
This is a public records request.
Please provide me with information for each of the calendar years 2010 through 2014 of the number of 911 Emergency Medical Service ambulance transports that were provided by the City.
Please break out the total number of transports for each year into the following categories:
a) Basic Life Support Transport (BLS), and
b) Advanced Life Support Transport (ALS)
In a separate listing for each year, please inform me of the number of only Medicare (not including MediCal) BLS and ALS transports that are included in the above totals.
Your assistance in providing this information is appreciated.
