The City of Garden Grove has received your records request dated August 28, 2015, requesting copies of the Incident and Fire Investigation Report for a fire that occurred at 9052 Imperial Avenue in Garden Grove. This letter shall serve as notification of the City’s intent to comply with your request for public records, pursuant to the California Public Records Act (the “Act”) (Government Code §6250 et seq.).
The incident is still under investigation by the Garden Grove Fire Department. Staff anticipates that the information will be available on or before Tuesday, September22, 2015. At that time public records that are deemed responsive to your request will be made promptly available to you.
