Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, CBS2/KCAL9 News would like to inspect/obtain a copy of dash-cam video from an accident that occurred yesterday, August 23rd, 2015 at approximately 4am. The accident involved a suspected DUI driver and a Garden Grove police vehicle at the intersection of Knott Ave and Stanford Ave in the city of Garden Grove. The video will be used for a television news story to be aired on CBS2/KCAL9 News.
