RE: Request for Public Records Garden Grove - Civil Cover Sheets
Thank you for your response to my public records request dated May 4, 2015, which included information regarding officer involved shootings from March 19, 2012 to the date of my request. What I would like to know is if you can provide me with documents pertaining to two of the incidents that occurred during the three year period that you had described.
What I specifically would like are the cover sheets of the complaint for the April 25, 2013 incident involving Chad Lee Hanchett and cover sheet of the complaint for the December 13, 2013 incident involving Thomas Ray Lehman. I would like to have them emailed to me. Thank you for your consideration.
