I'm looking for copies of the operational certification for the red light traffic enforcement cameras at the corner of Harbor and Trask. The certification that states the cameras are working within specific specifications. I'm also looking for some sort of certification for the timing of the lights, and confirmation in writing that there are no additional images, such as cross-street images that would show a different view of the intersection, other than the four provided in red traffic light violation citation. Please let me know if there are any additional costs before processing the request. Thank you.

Your request regarding the red light traffic enforcement cameras at the corner of Harbor Blvd. and Trask Ave. has been processed and is complete.
The Garden Grove Police Department has no "operational certification" for the red light traffic enforcement cameras at the intersection of Harbor Blvd. and Trask Ave. Photos are reviewed by a Police Officer prior to tickets ("Notice to Appear") being sent out. No additional images, other than the four provided in the red light traffic violation citation, are available. There are no other records responsive to this request.
