I would like to obtain fire reports for an apparent arson that happened earlier this year. We have yet to receive any fire incident or investigation reports but the police report indicates an arson investigator responded. Here is the relevant incident information:

I am writing to follow-up on my 6/22/15 request for fire incident and arson investigation reports (see the E-mail string below). It has been 2 weeks now and still nothing has been received. Please confirm when you can provide these reports. We have an active open case filed against someone and these reports are urgently needed in order to support arson charges.
You can either E-mail me the reports or fax them to me.
