Denise, thank you very much for your prompt response to my request. I very much appreciate it.
If I could trouble you for a little more research, the minutes you provided me with each were for the second reading of the nepotism ordinances. My recollection is that the most strident debates took place at the first readings. Could you find the minutes for the first readings? My guess is that the first readings would have been either two weeks or four weeks prior to the second readings.
