The City of Garden Grove has received your records request dated May 14, 2015, received in the City Clerk's Office on June 3, 2015, requesting a copy of the Fire Report/Investigation Report for an incident that occurred on May 9, 2015. at 10231 Dakota Avenue in Garden Grove. This letter shall serve as notification of the City’s intent to comply with your request for public records, pursuant to the California Public Records Act (the “Act”) (Government Code §6250 et seq.).

The incident that occurred at 10231 Dakota Avenue is still under investigation by the Garden Grove Fire Department, therefore there are no reports available at this time. Reports responsive to you request will be made available to you as soon as the investigation has been completed.
