The fire department referred me to you regarding an incident I am looking into. On January 1, 2015 at 04:19 hours our officers responded to assist your fire department in the area of 300 N. Euclid in our City (Santa Ana). It appears it was a medical aid with an uncooperative subject named Dylan Jennings. Can you please send me an electronic copy of the incident report, firefighters names, and where the subject was transported. Thank you!
