Therefore, we are hereby requesting electronic copy(ies) (if available) to be provided to us, or if electronic copies are not available, to be able to inspect paper copies of the following document(s) related to such an agreement:
1. Document entitled Agreement between County of Orange and City of Garden Grove For Provision of the Licensing and Regulation of Ambulance Services or similar wording executed on or about 9/24/1986.
2. Other related documents readily available to the above-referenced agreement such as accompanying letters, memos or staff reports.
