Brookhurst Place is Garden Grove's largest residential and commercial mixed-use development, located in OC Koreatown. With a build out of a minimum of 80,000 square feet and up to 200,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, and a maximum of 700 residential units and a hotel. The master plan for the project includes residential rentals, for-sale condominiums, and affordable housing units.
