City Announces Phase I Grand Opening of Largest Mixed Use Development

The City of Garden Grove and developer Kam Sang Company announce the grand opening and ribbon cutting for Phase I of Brookhurst Place—the City’s largest mixed use development. On Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 3:30 p.m., the ribbon cutting takes place in front of Building 1, located at 12801 Brookhurst Street, followed by the reception at 12857 Brookhurst Street. On-site parking will be available.

Phase I consists of 180 for-lease apartment homes.

Phase II will offer 462 apartment homes, of which up to 120 will be affordable housing units, 58 for-sale condominiums, up to 200,000 square-feet of commercial and retail space, and a 100-key hotel.

The program features brief presentations from Mayor Steve Jones and members of Kam Sang Company.
