Grow Garden Grove
The Grow Garden Grove Fund provides access to affordable SBA 7(a) loans to help local small businesses expand, strengthen operations, and invest in long-term growth. Loans are originated, underwritten, closed, and serviced by the Grow America Fund (GAF), an SBA-licensed lender.

Loan Features

- No City-imposed maximum (subject to SBA caps)

- Up to 10–25 years depending on use of funds
- Amortization, repayment schedules, and collateral determined by SBA guidelines

- Set by GAF within SBA-permitted pricing
- Based on loan size, creditworthiness, term, and market rates
Fees
- SBA guaranty fees (when applicable)
- Allowable packaging, closing, and third-party costs
