Request has been completed. Contacted 5 subjects in the parking lot. Records checks conducted on all subjects, which were clear. Subjects packed up their belongings, cleaned the trash from the area, and left the location. SRT, patrol, and GSU aware of the ongoing problem and will continue to patrol check/enforce at the location.
