If you are referring to the subject property 10880 Patricia Dr., our records indicate that there is building permit in the Finaled status (please refer to Permit Number 2023-13747).

There are no requirements for applicants of an ADU to extend their fence height.

Please note, that the City of Garden Grove is allowing the permitted construction of Accessory Dwelling Units and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units, in order to conform and comply State of California requirements.
