Line Dancing for Health and Enjoyment

While having fun and enjoying different types of music, you will tone up your muscles, build stamina, and increase flexibility, improving your balance and coordination. Learning choreographed line dances will help sharpen your memory. In addition to line dancing, we also do low impact aerobics. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle.
