Hypnotherapy Classes - Self Hypnosis
Students will listen to and record instructor's words; will be put into hypnotic trance; and learn how to do self-hypnosis for pain relief to stop smoking, lose weight, and relieve stress. Maximum benefit will only be gained if students stay until end of course. Must bring own recording device.
