Prior records requests have helped determine that unpermitted additions exist with owner knowledge and property lacks certificate of occupancy for which owner chooses to rent, owner insists on leasing unpermitted additions and other bedrooms illegally in violation of California civil code 1942.2 and possibly 1941.1, 17920.3, 17920.10 (carbon monoxide detectors & lead paint)
