Ok. Thank you for the reply. I will modify the request to include all emails between OCFA and the City Manager and CARE/FALCK and the City Manger from Jan. 2020 to present.

Your request for a copy of all emails between City Staff (City Council, City Manager, etc.) and CARE/Falck Ambulance, and of all emails between City Staff and OCFA is overbroad and we need to ask you to narrow it so that we can obtain and provide you with the information you seek. Your request would require us to search an enormous volume of data, or may compel the production of a huge volume of material, which is objectionable if the City cannot locate or produce the requested information with reasonable effort. For these reasons, pursuant to California Government Code Section 6253.1, we recommend that you specify a topic or issue you are interested in reviewing, or a specific employee or officer who may have corresponded with the outside agencies, and to limit your request to a reasonable time period, such as six months to one year.
