1) Original building permits for the Tibor Rubin and Chapman branches of the Garden Grove library (Orange County Public Libraries). It's believed both were built in the early 1960s; and,

2) any record that may contain information about original architect(s) and construction date(s) for the Tibor Rubin and Chapman branch libraries.
