Under the California Public Records Act § 6250 et seq., I am requesting an opportunity to inspect or obtain copies of public records that GARDEN GROVE DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY & ECONOMIC DEPARTMENT CASE# SP-044-2017 ( 2019) V-024-2019 SITE SIDE OF EUCLID STREET JUST SOUTH OF ACACIA PARKWAY AT 12900 EUCLID ST A REQUEST MODIFCATION NO.SP-044-2017 (1) AN APPROVED BIKE RACK LOCKER,LOCATED ALONG THE EUCLID STREET FRONTAGE TO BE CONVERTED TO A RETAIL TENANT SPACE. REQUESTING ALL DOCUMENTS PRIOR STEEL CRAFT CONSTRUCTION BUILDING PERMIT APPROVAL CODES REQUIREMENT TO HAVE BIKE RACKS & LOCKERS. THEN SEEKING DOCUMENTS BUILDING CODES TO PERMIT THE CONVERISON OF BIKE RACK & LOCKER STORAGE TO RETAIL CONVERSION ??.DOCUMENTS TO WHAT STAFF MADE THE RECOMMENDATION TO PLANNING COMMISSION AND DOCUMENTS WHAT TRAINING THEY HAVE WITH MOBLITY TRANSPORTATION ?. PLANNING COMMISSION DOCUMENTS OF TRAINING WITH MOBILTY TRANSPORTATION CODES ??
If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me if the cost will exceed $______. However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public’s understanding of ___________ [Here, you can identify yourself as a representative of the news media if applicable and state that your request is related to news gathering purposes.] This information is not being sought for commercial purposes.
The California Public Records Act requires a response within ten business days. If access to the records I am requesting will take longer, please contact me with information about when I might expect copies or the ability to inspect the requested records.
If you deny any or all of this request, please cite each specific exemption you feel justifies the refusal to release the information and notify me of the appeal procedures available to me under the law.

Request for Public Records – City of Garden Grove Notice of Extension
The City of Garden Grove has received your records request dated June 14, 2021, Request #6928. The City’s intent is to comply with your request for public records, pursuant to the California Public Records Act (the “Act”) (Government Code §6250 et seq.).
The City is in the process of evaluating this request and is compiling records in an effort to make a determination as to whether the request seeks copies of disclosable public records in the possession of the City of Garden Grove. However, notice is hereby given that the time limit to make this initial determination under the code shall be extended by fourteen (14) days to July 22, 2021, pursuant to Government Code §6253, for the following reason:
(a) The extension of time is reasonable and necessary for the proper processing of the request.
As noted above, the City’s written determination as to whether the request seeks copies of disclosable, non-exempt and non-privileged public records in the possession of the agency shall be sent to you on or about July 22, 2021. Pursuant to the Act, thereafter any and all disclosable, non-exempt and non-privileged public records that are deemed responsive to your request will be made promptly available to you.
