Planning Services Division does not have any AULs on the subject property in our records. The subject property is zoned C-1. Section 9.16.020.030 of the Garden Grove Municipal Code provides a Land Use Matrix that listed all the permitted uses in C-1 zone. Please see attached excerpt from the Municipal Code. Uses that are not listed in the matrix will be interpreted as not permitted.
