Hi, i'm interested to purchase a property in Garden Grove: 12261 Lamplighter St, Garden Grove, CA 92845. I would like to verify the correct sg ft of the home. It's currently listed at 1,808 living space and 6,732 sg ft for the lot size. Also, were there any permit violations on the property, any additions that were not allowed? Will there be a fee to obtain these information? Appreciate your attention to this matter.
