Hi,

I'm trying to verify the total living sq/ft of my father's house.
I believe it's 1,538 sq/ft for the main house with (3) bedrooms and (2) bathrooms and 384 sq/ft for the back house with (1) bedroom and (1) bathroom.
For the total of 1,922 sq/ft as when it was purchased in 2008.

For some reason his real estate agent is telling him it's total size is 1,530 sq/ft just for the main house and they're not able find permits for the back house. But I can see the permits are in city records at below links, under archive-209257 and archive-274531.

Seems the building was relocated to current location in 1962 with necessary permits, use of building as "Utility". And during next few years modified/remodeled as a residential building, also with necessary permits.

I would like to find out and obtain copies of documents showing the correct information of my house per city records and confirm the total living space sq/ft per main and back house and also confirm permitted "use of building" for the back house.
