In accordance with the California Public Records Act, I am requesting public records regarding the intersection of Tiffany Avenue and Valley View Street in the City of Garden Grove California. Please provide any and all reports and/or electronically stored data for traffic accidents occurring at the previously referenced intersection within the past 10 years. Please provide reports of any and all complaints that the City of Garden Grove has received in reference to the subject intersection within the past 10 years. Please provide reports of any and all accidents (motor vehicle, property damage, personal injury) that have occurred at the subject intersection within the past 10 years. Please provide any and all documents, reports, and/or electronically stored data regarding the placement and upkeep of the electric poles on the sidewalks surrounding subject intersection. Please provide any and all reports of traffic accidents occurring on Valley View Street within a .5 mile radius of the subject intersection for the past 10 years.
