We were interested in purchasing a property address:

Garden Grove, CA 92843
The property is listed as 5 bedrooms , 3.75 Baths, and 2,262 sq ft.
Wanted to do our due diligence and to if every thing correct to permits or anything. There was additions done to the property to the regards of two rooms and a bathroom. We wanted to make sure those are permitted. There is also a chance we wanted to know if we could add a permitted kitchen.
