Please see the attached file for the east side of the requested property.

As stated in previous request (Request #5758), the area was zoned PUD-106-82. The east side was developed as an integrated multi-family/apartment complex. The area has remained as PUD-106-82 since. However, the west side was not developed as planned. In 1989, the developer proposed to build commercial buildings on the the lot, so the PUD-106-82 was rezoned to PUD-106-82 rev.89' to address the development standards for commercial buildings on the west side. Ultimately, the commercial buildings were not built, the property on the west side was rezoned multiple times to different PUD numbers, until it was finally re-zoned as PUD-101-95, as it remains today. The City of Garden Grove staff has conducted a thorough search of their files and was unable to locate any other records concerning your request.
