Attached are three files: (1) the application, (2) letter of authorization, (3) check and receipt for CUP-108-2017.
There was never a preliminary review fee accepted for the project, as the preliminary review was done as a courtesy. There were no fees accepted for OCFA because the city was not under OCFA's jurisdiction at that time. The GGFD never required an extra fee for development/entitlement projects.
