This would be for suite 201 and 202, and 200 and 203. The document served as the basis for CUP's 107-2017 and 108-2017, respectively.

There was no preliminary review fee collected for CUP-107-2017 because the preliminary review for the project was done as a courtesy. At the time the application was submitted for CUP-108-2017, all of the issues with the building were already addressed in the preliminary review for CUP-107-2017. Essentially, there was one preliminary review for two CUPs. However, no fee was ever assessed by the City.
Attached are two files: (1) the Planning Coordinating Committee showing the CUP-107-2017 project was preliminarily reviewed, and (2) the original drawings submitted for preliminary review.
