1. The subject property at 10971 Westminster Avenue was originally approved under Site Plan No. SP-139-73. SP-139-73 approved the construction of a 4,000 square foot pad restaurant, 15,800 square foot in-line commercial building, and the subject 3,000 square foot junior market. In 1994, the junior market received approval for an ABC Type 21 (Off Sale, General) License under Conditional Use Permit No. CUP-200-94. There has never been a sign program approved for the site, and therefore signage requirements fall back on Municipal Code requirements, under Chapter 9.20.
