As our staff searches by specific address, please confirm that, per your last response, the only addresses you are requesting records for are:
UFC Gym/Nickel Nickel: 12827 Harbor Blvd (G1 & G2)
Daiso Japan: 12825 Harbor Blvd

I also wanted to know if a medical clinic or office is a permitted use for Planned Unit Development "PUD-121-98".

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner,
We will be needing records of certificates of occupancy/compliance, building, zoning and health code violations, building or site plans and fire inspection reports related to building G (UFC Gym, Nickel Nickel Fun Center, and Daiso).
For the underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, hazardous or flammable materials storage permits, releases of oil or hazardous materials at or near the property, notices of violation or complaints, water and sewer connection dates, and any septic system records for the strip mall as a whole.

Can you please verify if the requested records are needed for every address in the listed range of addresses of the strip mall including all grocery, restaurants, salons, etc. (12761-12891 Harbor), or if you specifically need records for the UFC Gym Address (12827 Harbor).
